Zenfone 3 ZE520KL Issues

Hi Asus

i am facing these issues currently please have a look and fix asap
1.System Ui freezes and goes black screen fo a while when i am uninstalling and app.
2. Battery backup reduced
3.Ram Consumption is too damn high only getting 900mb/3GB Ram Free
4. Double tap to wake up isnt accurate enough works only 3/10 times
5. back, home, recent button sometime doesnt work
6. Heating while using the phone for almost 10 mints
7. Wifi and Hotspot sometimes turn off automatically

please fix these issues as soon as possible thanks
already done hard reset after the latest update

I've noticed the same problems since the upgrade to Android N. Asus should release an official downgrade to Android MM.

I am also experienced some of these , Asus constantly upadating but it didn't reached the acceptable level where the bugs are minimal.

We will try to duplicate these issues and check.

1. Perform Boost: Slide down the screen from upper area to access Quick settings and then tap Boost.

2. Uninstall apps that are not often used: Settings > Apps > (select an app) Uninstall.

3. Clear cache of apps: Settings > Apps > select apps that may cause malfunction > Clear cache.

4. Launch Play Store and update all apps.

5. Reboot your phone.

3. Make sure your background running apps are closed by choosing on the apps which you do not frequently use.

4,5&7. Make sure there are no oil or dust smudges on your proximity sensor
Run SMMI test and check
Go to Calculator=>type " .12345+= "
you will be entered to SMMI_TEST

If the device fails this test, visit the service center.

6. If you are gaming or watching a video or using your device continuously, slightly heating can be felt as it is normal.

If still the issues persist, Factory reset and check

these all issues are circumstantial. If u overload any phone with apps certain lag is obvious.
1.For double tap to wake you have to click on a same place twice, it won't work even if u move by millimeters.
2. I agree with you about RAM. the RAM management needs to be improved.
3. The touch buttons work well unless its dark. as they have no backlite led its bit difficult to locate them while in dark rooms.
4. Any physical work done produces heat so as our phones. i have played heavy games on my phone for an hour or so still the heating was moderate.

Thanx for your precious reply @Shreyas but before commenting check out the level of your profile and mine too and please i'm dont want to waste time in posting zentalk i own a zenfone 2 zenfone 3 zenfone max and a zenwatch 2 so i know about the software of Asus and how buggy it is and i'm facing these issues and tried all possible stuffs that are provided by the moderators so plz without knowing anything dont jump on anyones post and ruin everything this is none of your business so stay away from my posts let the moderator handle this

i tried all the stuffs as u said but nothing helped me out
i visited to the local service center and they took the phone with themselves for 7 days and then they said that the motherboard and the Display were changed now can you tell me if they changed the motherboard then why i'm still facing these issues ?

i am also experiencing some issues with the ADM Pro app i cant exit the app from the main screen

Videos are not playing smoothly some of the videos skips frame i am using MX player Pro app
