We dont understand the concept behind treating Ze601kl users in partiallity. We have also purchased the phone by making payment even more than Selfie model.Though the chipset of 601kl support volte why you have not provided the VOLTE update. Really you are making customers stupid
Yes. Asus should Release VoLTE update for Ze601lk Laser Model otherwise they should replace the phones by Selfie Model if they really have Business Ethics.
Yes, Asus has lost the credibility by not providing volte update for laser2 601kl model. this model might have been sold in limited numbers, but the customers have more for than standard model. Asus sold this model for Rs.18000. But they providing models lower price and low end models. Asus has let down the customers who were having trust in Asus.
Asus is worst in terms update. After paying more money for better features in Laser 2 model they are not providing Volte update. They just wants to cheat people. So, they can purchase new Asus device. Motorola is at best who is providing better features with all updates. Shameless Asus.. You are thinking that you are the only one who can provide better smart phones.. For god sack just wake up.. if you guys want to do business then provide at least two OS updates with all necessary patches. You cannot win battle with cheating and cannot win trust of customers. If you have still some shame and courtesy then provide at least Volte update. The phones which are less in features is on Android Nougat with VOLTE update and you guys just making your customers full. This is your end.
