Sir.. All of my friends got nougat update for their phones like infocus,lg etc. but my phone is marshmallow. I'm so ashamed of showing my phone to my friends. I love asus brand, but when my friends say about the features of nougat update I have started hating asus for not giving nougat update. So plzz give nougat update for Asus ZenFone max 2016 model.

They are just trying to discontinue these devices. They only care about New sell and money. Even redmi 1st gen 1GB ram phone getting nougat update. So yes! you should be sorry and shamed.. If you wanna really help old customer then bring exchange offers.

So, now use of Asus Zenfone max ...waste of time to see coming Android 7...so, we move other nougat models Moto, Samsung...very bad Asus

So we are not getting a single android version upgrade.
Bought the with Marshmallow and have to stay in same version.
As latest ZenFone max device is launched after launching of Android N still our hardware not support Android N.
Chutiya ASUS sale.

And what is funny ( actually not that funny) is the copy/ paste reply we get about the android Nougat option:

- “For better HW and SW performance, There are no plans to implement Android N for your device as for now.

Sorry for the inconvenience.“


But actually is there any good HW and SW performace with what we got now? it is like if what we got is working good and it would be a risk to go to Nougat... Reality check, this actual firmware is bad, we would not probably ask that much for Nougat if they had some kind of decent working OS on this phone from hell...
What they really mean from ASUS is that they have totally abandoned this phone and we just burn with our bad buy... Great support...


By the way guys, do like me and post your bad experience with ASUS on social media like Facebook and twitter, warn your friends and family, maybe that way asus will start having a more serious support to their costumers. Normally to build a good reputation takes a long time but a bad reputation is instant.
