Backup and factory reset

Hi all,

Has anybody took backup and did Factory reset?

If yes, then could you please share experience, on restoring the backup after factory reset on following factors?

1.Time taken to backup (Obviously depends on the size of data in your phone )

2. Any specific steps we have to follow for factory reset (just select 'Factory reset' option instead of 'Wipe cache partition' from this link shared by Vipstilak http://www.asus.com/zentalk/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=13363).

3. Time taken for Factory reset.

Hello! I can help you in this regard. Follow what I say:
BACKUP> open ASUS backup, select all and app+ data. It takes 30 minutes approx to backup 5 gb of app and app data. Note: pictures, videos or documents are not backed up. So manually move files which are on internal storage to SD card. Game data stored in android/obb are not moved. Move them manually too. Give password while creating backup.
FACTORY RESET(DROIDBOOT)> select wipe data/factory reset option from recovery mode. It takes 10 mins. Then if you reboot, phone sticks at ASUS logo(for me it happened). Wipe partition cache by going to recovery again phone will reboot normally."android is upgrading" will show up. Go through Google setup.
RESTORE>open ASUS backup and switch to restore tab. Now select the backup and give password. All apps will be restored. All data will also be restored. Now open Google play and update system apps.I hope it helps!  

WHERE are you backing up to? I want to backup to my PC and not to Google servers or any cloud-based servers.

i did reset Factory Setting. It took like 15minutes or so. Then suddenly my phone is blank.     The question is, is it okay to press the Power Button to start my phone? Or better wait and see? Does the phone will restart itself?  I use Zenfone 2 Deluxe ZE551ML.  

PLS HELP. I can't restore my back up apps. I cant click it. What should i do?
