Blurry Rear Camera Problem

-Rear camera is so blurry, cleaned the camera lens and updated software. however, the camera is still blurry.
-my OS is Nougat 7.1.1
-Please help.

(1.) Which camera mode do you use? Auto mode?

Another thing is when I'm using my front camera it takes picture perfectly, the problem here is my rear cam.

When does this problem start happen?

Please kindly restore camera app and update to the latest version 3.0.52.0.
(settings > apps > camera > storage> clear data and cache)

Could you use touch screen for focus by manually?
