I am not able to find the firmware version of my device. How and where to check the same? And I am also greasing another problem I.e. during calls (on Sim 1) I am not able to access internet, it works for the first few seconds during the call and then then automatically gets disconnected, and reconnects only when the call is disconnected. If possible, please try to resolve theses issues in the next update package.
AND Sorry fir this, But I am having these issues with my handset which is Zenfone Zoom S(But this model is not listed in the drop down list) and not Zenfone MaxZC553KL |
