Not able to reduce sound after certain level

While speaking call sound is not reducing. Sound is coming out if it silent environment.

What is your firmware version?

Does this issue persist while playing the music in headphone?

Can you please reboot to safe mode and check if the issue persist

How to Enter Safe Mode?

Apply to: ZenFone, PadFone, FonePad

When power is off:

1.      Long press power key to boot.

2.      When ASUS logo appears, press and hold volume down key till home screen appears

3.      “Safe Mode” reminder appears on the lower-left of home screen

When power is on:

1.      Long press power key.

2.      Tap and hold “Power Off”.

3.      Tap “OK” of Reboot to Safe Mode window.


4.      “Safe mode” reminder appears on the lower-left of home screen.



How to Exit Safe Mode ?

Restarting your device. Your device will now be exit safe mode.

The nougat update is a complete failure from Asus.Problems of concrn are :1. Camera is completely gone.. we can't even focus and the image captured sucks.What's the point of investing 28k on it??2.battery draining heavily..What do yu expect from us ? Open ur battery manager and run is it?? And turn on auto brightness?? The problem isn't gonna solve by running ur inbuilt battery manager or by turning on auto brightness And common ur copy paste answers of clear cache ,forcestop app , safe mode , factory reset isn't gonna work And we are not kids to listen to this again n again n again!!Enough of this ,it's pretty annoying on ur partWe need a clear answer from u guys or atlst report this so that Asus can come up with software fix.If this goes on .. I'm gonna file a PIL against u guysAnd listen we have social media , we can ruin ur company and send it back to paleolithic age ...Take this as a warning from ur customer who's spent 28k  on Zenfone 3..28k isn't shit ok

While speaking call sound is coming out. Not able reduce. Other people also able hear my earpiece sound.

See this screenshot. After that not able to reduce. Other volumes I can.

Kindly look into this issue. It is irritating too much . Its breaking my privacy.
I have restarted in safe mode too. There also same. I think it's problem with noise cancellation.

While speaking call I can able to reduce earpiece volume up to 2 out of 7 points. Not able to reduce up to 1 point.

That's the limit.. U can't reduce to 1point..
But since ur saying tat the 2 point itself is louder.. 
I guess problem with ur speaker ..
