Playstore problem

Google Playstore, us not downloading any app.
All settings changes tried. Still no result

try these things please, and check if problem solved at each step or not:
1] goto settings> apps> touch r dot icon on corner and select clear app preferences.
2] wipe cache from settings>apps of play store, and play services
3] remove and add your google account again
most of the time, when  play services/play store app is updating, other app download and installation pauses, this mostly happens when you have slow connection.
try the above steps to solve the issue, else backup your data and do a factory reset once

Its happens again.. then you have to that long process again
