This is not a joke

The phone is so fuckin hot right now. I just tried resetting it. It is as good as a snail. Max asus trust me, this is not a joke...stop fooling around with the customers. I visisted the service centre and he said that it is because of social media. Dann you guys. Social media wtf. Who doesn't use it? It's a compromise on asus phones. I'm not gonna visist the service centre again...20kms away from my house. Are you serious?
Pls report it...whatsapp stories lag a lot as well as instagram comments. Fuck off

I've been living with these bugs since a lot of days. I hate this phone so much right now...whats the difference between Oppo, vivo and ASUS?
This is fucked up man..i can't bear it anymore..as i am a student, i dont have money to get a new phone at this point. The phone was bad when i bought it...it has become worse now. If this trend continues, I'll just raise a complaint against your company.. I also have a video proof regarding the over heating problem..the service centre executive without even checking it said that it is a problem with me: bcoz i use social media. He could've checked the phone once regarding this particular issue. I have an RMA NO as well. I got my phone repaired from them; regarding dead pixels.

They did not accept my issues regarding excessive heat up. Plz do something for me. We all know that heat destroys batteries..and this battery is quite new. Plus, the device is under warranty: expires on 10th april 2018

Same here,friend I am having same problem .I had also visited service centre they just changed the battery and camera .Shame ,Problem still exists because of Software instability and no updates regard Pixelmaster since 2015. Thief company.I request buy Honor,Mi,lenovo but don't buy ASUS any Phones .Please friends accept my apologies.Shame on ASUS.....Shame .....Shame....Shame...  Shame ....

My rear camera glass almost came off due to exposure to heat. This is definitely not a good design

We will check your RMA number and get back.

Just to monitor, can you please check using the phone without social media and check if the issue persist.

We would like to investigate this case as there can also be hardware issue.

It's the vashi branch...they've been very helpful while changing the display but they never payed attention to the heating issues. I'll delete all social media intented applications which are apparently battery hogs.

According to the RMA number you have provided, there is no heating issue mentioned in the case.

For heating issue, kindly contact the service center and get the device checked ASAP.
