Hi,
I am not able to hear voice for incoming calls in sim2. It is not audible for both me and the caller. When i checked your site i found same issue reported in other zenfones as well in the past. There was a temporary workaround to fix the issue by putting the call on hold and then unhold to hear voice.

But it is frustating to do that for each call. Please provide permanent fix and update.

Hi MKN00010,

Check if the issue persist under safe mode.

How to Enter Safe Mode?

Apply to: ZenFone, PadFone, FonePad

When power is off:

1.      Long press power key to boot.

2.      When ASUS logo appears, press and hold volume down key till home screen appears

3.      “Safe Mode” reminder appears on the lower-left of home screen

When power is on:

1.      Long press power key.

2.      Tap and hold “Power Off”.

3.      Tap “OK” of Reboot to Safe Mode window.


4.      “Safe mode” reminder appears on the lower-left of home screen.



How to Exit Safe Mode ?

Restarting your device. Your device will now be exit safe mode.

Also check if this issue persist by using another sim.
