You need to do some research before asking that question if you had you would have known that ZenFone 3 and 4 Series well get 8.0 Oreo in 2018

It will be released by mid 2018 according to the Zenfone 3 launching in Taiwan. But as to "where" you could download the firmware, it isn't available yet.
