Ram

In zenfone 3 4gb variant(ze552kl)..total available ram 3.5 gb..but in mobile manager or clear something it shows maximum 2gb ram..just it say <2gb available...but other 4gb smart phones ram always available greater than 2 gb..but in zenfone 3 its not..i can not find out why it happend .the availability of ram is too poor..but still the total usable ram is 3.5gb..aren't all of you facing it??all of you agree with me??

Dear bitanpramanik23, you must know that Asus uses some part of ram memory as system memory to enhance system stability and <2Gb means ram is available free more than 2Gb. I hope you have understood. Keep loving Asus. 

Urrahul,i think you have a mistake.<2gb means less than 2gb ram  available in my phone..or it say 0-1.9gb in between ram is available.

Settings => Memory

500mb RAM is System Reserved this is the same for most of the Android Smartphones.
Use Mobile Manager Auto Start up feature to control Apps which stay awake, you can disable unwanted Apps which you dont require.
Its not about the amount of RAM available but about device performance without lags often, as almost all devices lags at times.

Dear bitanpramanik23 .. U shld know tat since asus uses custom UI .. Some part of the 3.5gb available is used up for the bloatware... Unless and until all the bbloatware s removed u cant expect ram more than 2.1gb


I get around 2.1gb at the start of reboot 
Check once .. It must show as >2gb and not <2gb

I have also..basically i want to know the total availability of ram of moderate uses..so all of the zenfone 3 have same ram management in moderate use
