Dear bitanpramanik23 .. U shld know tat since asus uses custom UI .. Some part of the 3.5gb available is used up for the bloatware... Unless and until all the bbloatware s removed u cant expect ram more than 2.1gb


I get around 2.1gb at the start of reboot 
Check once .. It must show as >2gb and not <2gb
