Cyanogenmod 12.1 for Asus zenfone 5...Sweet!!!

Hi guys,
I have flashed form Cm12.1 Android 5.1.1 Rom on my zenfone 5 and it worked really smooth till now.
Rom is very much stable for daily usage.Latest build sorted out most of the bugs repoted earlier.
1.User interface is buttery smooth , no lag or stutter or whatsoever.
2.Sound has Improved and Audio FX Engine does all the magic.
3.Screen brightness has improved. Ambient display works great.Live display is present which is a cherry on top.
4.GPS works(Didn't tested much, lock on position is achieved), WIFI , Mobile data works perfectly.
5.Both sim are activated.
6.Vibrator works perfectly.
7.I cant comment on Battery Backup as it needs to be tested for few more days but it seems it improved till now.
8. All the Sensors works good...proximity sensor is working perfectly.
over all a very smooth finish from the devs and thanks a ton to them for this amazing zenfone rom. i didnt expected such a well woking rom for zenfone X86 processor.
I am very happy with this rom so far but dont take my words as the final verdict as i am still testing it.
Many people who flashed it faced issues while flashing but if you follows steps mention on XDA forum in the #93 post by devilboynv, it will work like a charm.

One more thing i wanna mention here while charging zenfone it charged to 90% very fast but at 90% my orange LED turned green and from 90% to 100% it took time to charge. I dont know whether its a bug or Feature , but skghosh.mail on xda told me its smart charging feature and its amazing. but still m not sure whether its a boon or curse.

i am posting the screenshot as well along with the benchmarks i have got in this ROM.

i cant say now unless asus releases a better update than the previous one. and it will depend on the battery backup..Till NOw cm12 .1 is working fine  plus it has those feature which are not present on stock like multi user along with many tweaks to the ui. But Battery backup would be the deciding factor.

And I clicked on the link given on post 93 by the xda member.It's showing error 404 file not found

this firmware is only good for daily use, it still has annoying bugs,
1- screen locks automatically
2-both sims are always active and you cant disable one,
3- games are not working anymore
4- battery is same as lollipop, not decreased ,nor increased
5- buggy third party camera apps
6-no video recording thumbnails in gallery
7- video recording playback is buggy, i gives only black screen with only audio showing sometimes
8-themes arent working
9- very cool asus apps and asus zenui features are missing
10-cant change home drawer from vertical to grid
11- micro sd still write protected , root required to solve this
12-root cant be done from developer options, we still have to flash supersu manually via twrp

1.I am not facing any random screen locks TILL NOW but i am still testing..so cant be sure on anything.
2.yes both sims are activated.
3.i havnt tried any games yet.
4.Battery is still being tested.
5.6.7. Camera works fine for basic usage(This rom is still under making and these might be fixed in future updates)
8.theme are broken but can be fixed by running fixsdcard-boot.img.
9.offcourse they are not present...its cyanogen rom not asus rom..its not a bug.
10. again its not a bug, its in all cm12.1 rom. I have galaxy grand running cm12.1 rom by pawitp dev. and it too have the same drawer.
11.12. root privilege is broken in the latest build but its very very easy to root by using zenfonerootkit available on xda...its like a walk through a park.

.guys its a ROM in making....yes it has few bugs that might be fixed in future updates. n all this small bugs wont even effect ur daily usage plus its better experience than stock(at least for me..though everyone has there own opinion).. its buttery smooth.

yes i would have kept it even though i like it very much but not able to play any games and screen locking is bothering me very much
i would wait a few months untill it gets fully stable

only games who doesnt have like obb data runs well, and about your last post, its not any feature, its a bug, i asked the dev and he said he will solve it,
if you charge while phone switch off . then it will charge normaly
