Can't get rid of Zencircle! ASUS support is awful and funny!

I was loving my ASUS Zenfone. It is a great smart phone with a reasonable price. I was almost 100% happy with it. Till ASUS started to install some apps without asking our permissions (Clean Master with tons of stuffs etc.). Even this was OK since i could disable/remove them. But then they installed a shitty, useless app called ZenCircle which does not allow you to disable or uninstall anyway.

I wrote to ASUS support about this; and someone replied me and suggested regular well-known steps for unsinstalling an app. I wrote them already i tried everything but it seems the support personnal does not even read what customer wrote. I replied and told again that i already tried the steps they suggested and these steps did not work for ZenCircle shitapp; this was the problem already! Then this funny support personnal wrote:

You can send your device to our costumer services for your troubles solution. To do this, please visit this page below for your request. When you finished the repair request; you will have an e-mail which contains shipment and service information. Also this shipping service is free.

Do you believe this?

• They install apps without your permission...
• They don't make application have an uninstall option...
• When you complaint about this they tell you follow the non-working steps you already tried...
• You tell them again that you already tried regular steps and problem is that uninstall procedure don't work for this app, app does not provide an uninstall option; they tell you to send your phone to consumer services! Which probably takes at least 1-2 weeks to get your phone back. An with their service in Turkey, it would be a good chance if you can get your phone back undamaged...
• They employ customer support personnel which is not even capable to distinguish the difference an app and smart phone device!
  

I never wanted to join ASUS.com or this forum. I don't have time for these. But they made me do. I lost several hours because of this shitty, useless, un-uninstallable app and awful, sloppy, useless customer support(!).

HOPE ASUS STOPS INSTALLING SHITTY APPS  -LIKE ZENCIRCLE- WITHOUT PERMISSIONS AND MORE IMPORTANTLY PUT AN UNINSTALL OPTION TO THESE SHITTY APPS.

Off topic: ASUS PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WINDOWS IS NOT THE ONLY OS IN THE EARTH AND PLEASE ALSO SUPPORT LINUX!

If you upgrade to Lollipop,you can uninstall ZenCircle as well.
I don't like clutter in my phone,so I deleted all those apps.
I am not ASUS support person,but believe me,I am 100% correct in my word.

Several updates but still there is no uninstall option and you can't get rid of this shitty app. IF ASUS DOES NOT PROVIDE AN UNINSTALLATION OPTION FOR ZENCIRCLE SHITAPP, I WANT TO RETURN MY ASUS PHONE AND GET FULL REFUND.

ZenCircle is a completely useless bloatware, a total bullshit which you can't get rid of (without root). I am so regretful that i bought this phone because of this and similar bullshit bloatwares (CleanMaster etc.) which forcefully installed by ASUS. Phone is great but ASUS fulls it with shits like ZenCircle without even asking for your permission and does not give any chance to uninstall or even disable. I was going to buy 2 more ASUS phones for my relatives but i tell everybody not to buy anything from ASUS.

(Dr. Zen, thank you for your interest and suggestion but i don't want to upgrade to Lollipop (since i have to do it manually) to be able Zencrile shitapp.)

Why don't you just root the device and remove that item? You can still unroot later.

Thanks for suggestions but why i would be have to root the phone or make an upgrade for a shitty, useless, fucking app which i never asked for and installed forcefully by fucking Asus?

It has been more than 1 year, they published several updates for this fucking shitty app but still there no an uninstall option.

ASUS, PLEASE ADD AN UNINSTALL OPTION TO YOUR FUCKING, SHITTY, CRAPPY, USELESS ZENCIRCLE APP WHICH YOU INSTALLED FORCEFULLY! I WAS GOING TO BUY AN ASUS NOTEBOOK BUT I BOUGHT DELL BECAUSE OF THIS! I TELL EVERYONE NOT TO BUY ANY ASUS PRODUCT BECAUSE ASUS INSTALLS SHITTY APPS FORCEFULLY AND DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO UNINSTALL.

The whole apps still there even youre disable it. It just freezee there. When youre reset, they are still exist. Root can uninstall it. Yes so many bloatware apps there.

First thing first. For zenCircle included fw was 2...53 and so on now you are on what version of fw? I am on lolipop just a breeze to disable it. No root no any edited fw
