i am facing alot of issues

1. the Call Quality both headset and Speaker is too low to hear and understand, done formating/reseting several time but the issue is the same. should i viist the service center?
2. camera is too dark and low light images are worst and outdoor light conditions as well as if every shadow is highlighted too dark in pics and ther is no customization option in the phone.
3. Native video calling is not supported a major drawback and i need to use the 3rd party app like duo..need a software update which will help in video call powered by volte a no JIo user kind of mobile.
4. there is no compass and QR reader available hence 3rd party apps which advstrmnt...asus needs to think over it
5. the proximity sensor does not work in dark need to use finger scanner to light up during calls even when to end the call
6. finger print scanner is tooo slow to work and the company claimed the wet finger can be scanned which is infact fake!!
7. Face unlock is not upto the mark.
8. call Quality is not jsutified which SD 660 other phone has better Quality as compared to this phone having same SD 660

over all user interface is outdated and Junk!! like living in 2019 and using a cell of 2016

customer care has no answwer to the software issues and other issues as if asus is just manufacturing mobile blindly and selling without even considering the bugs and other issues!!!

What is your firmware version?

1. If nothing is working, please visit the service center.

2. Can you share few sample pictures for our reference?
Clear cache and data for camera once and then check.

3. Native video calling is not available for your device.

4. You may use third party app for the same.

5. Does this happen only in the dark? Does that happen only during calls?

For rest, we will check this. you may perform wipe cache partition once.
