'System update' option missing.

In the 'About' menu 'System update' missing, so i can't update my phone's firmware. I tried to update it manually, but phone just didn't see zip archive with update.FOTA services don't work too. So how i supposed to update my phones firmware? Can you help me?

What to do if I have 2 System Update Icons on a Single Layer Layout Mode? When I hide System Update Icon the other one still show up on my page. Thanks in advance for your replys.

the asus system update service is installed just like it says on the screenshot and still cant find it
