Orange LED flash not working

I have this ASUS zenfone 2 laser ZE550KL. It has a dual LED flash but the orange one is not working. The device runs on the latest firmware with no updates available. Is this a software problem or a hardware problem?

Hey!
Its query of many users!
But let me tell you the way it works!
Firstly, the Led is called Amber color not Orange!
So, the Amber LED only lights up when you lock the focus by longpressing on the object in camera!
Or it just lights up for some nano seconds and then shutsoff if you dont lock focus! And human eye is not able to detect that amount of light!
So, the amber led senses only real color tone and shuts off
After that it doesnot light up only white one lits up!
And both the LEDs are conjunction if one doesnot work then other should also not work!
I guess i was able to clear out your doubtAnd still even if you are not convinced!
Then
1. Go to a dark place.
2. Open camera app.
3. Turn on flash option "always".
4. Then put your index finger covering camera and flash. And try to lock focus, then remove your finger.
5. You will see amber light will turn on!
Also update your pixelmaster camera appto do the test

I try above information but also it's not working

Model ze551ml 4GB and intel memory 32GB

I can confirm that the orange led does not light up. Not sure what's it use is..
