What model are we looking for ?

ASUS ZenFone 2 Laser (ZE500KL 2G/16G)- WW

*ZE550KL 2G/16G, ZE601KL 3G/32G is not available.

What are required to be a Beta Tester?  

• Be a member of ZenTalk  (Sign up now)  
  
  

• Own a ZenFone 2 Laser and is willing to provide detail information including IMEI, Serial Number(SN), Current Firmware for the beta test setting  (click to know how to Check your ZenFone information )
• Be able to read and provide feedback in English
• Be familiar with Android operating system
• Understand the Beta Firmware may not be as stable as the offical release version.
  
  

What will a Beta Tester have?  

• Get the latest firmware (Beta Version) by FOTA and experience the latest ZenUI features
• Authorized to access the restricted board
• Get a Beta Tester welcome badge
• Be given 5 Zen credits by reporting a valid bug
  
  

What are the responsibilities of a Beta Tester?

• Participate every Beta version release and test on a daily basis
• Report valid bugs with the correct format
• Contact moderator (ZenClub_ Zendora ) when encounter any serious bug
• Maintain confidentiality of the Beta Testing program

• The warranty is no longer valid if you root your device, and you may encounter issues or not able to receive the Beta Testing firmware!
• In order to protect the quality of Beta Testing , one Beta Tester can only apply one device for the beta testing.
• All Beta Testing information is confidential. Do not disclosure any beta testing confidential information outside restricted board.
• It is important to provide correct IMEI/Serial Number(SN)/ current firmware for the beta setting or you will fail to apply the beta tester.  (click to know how to Check your ZenFone2 status )
• All applicants will be reviewed biweekly, and an email will be sent after you have been succesfully accepted.
• Please informZenClub_ Zendora/Zen_Adi)if you encounter any emergency while Beta Testing.
• The program is only for English speaking users. If your are from Taiwan, China, please see more information at local sites.

When will you start recruiting for Laser 550KL? I am Excited to be a beta tester.

Great Job....I have applied for Zenfone 2 beta testing. Still haven't got recruited though.

What about ZE550KL 3G/16G ? Is it available?

I personally think that asus should be a bit more prompt on upgrading android versions for its product. Now almost android N will be on it's way soon and we haven't yet got an upgrade from Android L.

with android 6 marshmallow update, ZENUI will also be updated or not??
