Can't remove back cover

I can't remove the back cover to insert micro Sim...  It's very tight so that only my nails are paining...  But it remains tightly fight... Please help me on this issue...  All my friends tried it...  Yet it can't be removed...  But I once removed it to insert Sim 1...

Use something like a credit card to move around the the cover and unhook the locks. It will ne eadu

I can't even pull a few mm from the groove on lower bottom of the phone...  So even cards don't work...

Dear user,
you can find a small rectangular designed opening in the lower right corner of the back cover.
Please put your nails inside it and pull upwards to open back cover.

I have seen the manual too...  But it was too tight for my nails... Not only for my nails...  But my friends' as well... Mr.  Singhnsk 's suggestion worked...  I tried with a card n it worked...

Glad that it was helpful Be sure to not remove the cover very often or the locks may loosen up making the cover wobbly.
