How can I set default write disk/storage on my device? Out of space

I have option for choosing default write disk for internal or external(sd card) storage but not working.All the apps going into internal storage on my Zenfone Go....
Does not exist in any app button "move to sd card" !Even if you try any of the apps in google store for moving apps to sd card,they saying some of the devices not allowing moving apps by developers.All these apps in store for moving are just redirect you att installed app and gives you an message"press move to sd card button" but there is not button which shoud exist like at other phones !
Do something about it, because that great phone gonna be killed of lack of space if users gonna play games or many apps they needed.
This issue is killing the good stuff made by Asus in this device...

I do have same problem in my ASUS Zenpad C 7.0
Please give me some solutions to fix it

just disable system apps that exists, that u wont use .
like google movies&TV .etc.

try clearing unwanted apps.
