How to fix "Unfortunately system UI has stopped" on your ZenFone 3

After users receive and update ZE552KL/ZE520KL FOTA MR2.4 (13.20.10.150),  some will find an error window “Unfortunately system UI has stopped” pops up on screen, making units cannot enter system.


Please take your device to repair center to fix this issue. If you are not able to go to  repair center, please follow these steps to fix this issue.

• Download firmware file on official website.
  ZE520KL: https://www.asus.com/Phone/ZenFone-3-ZE520KL/HelpDesk_Download/
  ZE552KL: https://www.asus.com/Phone/ZenFone-3-ZE552KL/HelpDesk_Download/
• Download image version “13.20.10.140” (1.75G) on your PC.
  ZE552KL File Name: UL-ASUS-Z012D-WW-13.20.10.140.zip
  ZE520KL File Name: UL-ASUS-Z017D-WW-13.20.10.140.zip
• Put this ZIP file on your micro SD card on your phone.
• Power off your phone. When device is off, press (also hold) volume down key and then press (also hold) power key. After the device vibrates, release power key (keep holding volume down key) to enter recovery mode.
• Select (by pressing volume up or down key) “Apply update from microSD card” and then press power key to execute.
  
  
• Select the image which you just put on your SD card. Then the phone will start downgrading image to version 13.20.10.140.
• After downgrading is completed, please select “wipe cache partition” (your data will be preserved).
  
  
• Select and execute “Reboot system now”.
• After entering system, please tap “Clear data” in [Settings] > [Apps] > [Themes] > [Storage].
  
  
• Done
  
  

For ZE552KL/ZE520KL users who had updated firmware version to 13.20.10.150 but do not have this issue:

• If you had downloaded any themes, please update all your themes in [Themes] > [Me] > [My Themes].
• ASUS will soon release a FOTA to fix this issue. Please update your phone after you receive a new firmware whose version is 13.20.10.152.

HELLO, BRO.WHEN BUYING AN VENDOR'S DEVICE BE PREPARED FOR THE WORST CAUSE YOU'RE AN ASUS'S  SERVICES CLIENT NOW WHILE USING THE THING.. Hehehe..

i think...
just wipe cache partition
and reboot ... can solved this problem..
but if this step not work...
