Hey if u cud please share ur baseband version details from software information...

its changed to

That's the reason this update is not working for 3gb/32gb variant as it is focussed only for selfie 3gb/16gb variant. My baseband version is still the older one even after updating. Some one may crack it for 32 gb variant as was done in zenfone laser.

did u update all previously released firmware. ... most imp version  V21.40.0.1877  ...  wht is ur current baseband ??

No bro ... nd suggesting u do not try on 2gb/16gb ...

But i got this update via FOTA and i have updated my zenfone selfie 2GB/16GB .. but found nothing new ..n no option for volte ..

Yes I had that update which was specifically for modem baseband version 202c10_10.3.0_160804.
My basband version is still the same after current update.
I had contact with asus customer care and they always replied that this update is for selfie 3gb/16gb variant. Also this 3gb/16gb variant model no. is ZD551KL-6J510IN and is launched specially in india.
U can check details of ur phone in regulatory info.
Asus will have to release a seperate update for 3gb/32gb model.

i have completed update process still not getting voLTE feature..theres no volTE option on '' network settings"

i have just updated my phone asus selfie but haven't received volte option yet please help

hv u done factory reset .... what is ur basband version showing??
