#Biggest 4G Problem on ASUS ZenfoneMAX ZC550KL

My #ZenfoneMax ZC550KL does not gets/catch Jio 4G network on My location. But main case is that in my location except my Specially Our Better phones Asus ZenfoneMax all other phones Gets Jio 4G full network but my mobile is in Emergency call always. So I'm gonna thrown it into garbage because it not true 4G phone. I did everything to get 4g in my location but not working. I tried 1. *#*#4636#*#* this method 2.Putting sim into slot1 Data connection sim1 3. In cellular network Prefered network 2g/3g/4g  4. ROMMING is On. But not happening anything. Plz plz If any expert in Asus company help me to out of this problem. Then I will be happy with Asus family. Thnq

Hey... Have u tried  the APN setting...Access Point Names...
Its there in the cellular networks setting...
Check out once and if it's not set with jio then there will b no signal in ur phone..
Same case happened with me and I called the customer care executive... They told me how to set the APN and then only my phone had the 4g signal..
Try this... It may help

Me too facing same issue. In same location other phones are getting best 3G/4G signals whereas i m getting weak signals in zenfone max. It happned after updating to V13.8.26.63 . Even after bug rectified in 13.8.26.76  still signals are weak. Dont know what to do now?

Same issue here,, Having really low weak network signal issue,, nil NO to 3 tower bars fluctuate on my 8916 max zc550kl since upgraded to marshmallow,, tested with different providers like idea, BSNL, Vodafone SIM cards NO luck!! I get stable 3 Network bar on my Lenovo same location all SIMS so ASUS not cool,, expecting some patch or fix soon possible!

Thats not access point problem Thats LTE band 5 problem
