How to save pictures from MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service)?

Open "Messaging" and tap any empty place of the message, e.g.: place circled in red as shown below.
After the window of Message options appears, tap [Save attachment] and then find the attachment in "Download" folder of internal storage.
