ZenUI Launcher Incompatible

Why is Google Play showing that the ZenUI Launcher is incompatible with ALL devices which includes Zenpad 3S 10 Z500M
and yet it says it's installed?  Prevents us from upgrading to V4.

Same with my Zenpad Z300m, and not only zenui launcher, but all asus and zenui apps, including Asus Mobile Manager, Camera, Keyboard and all other. I think this hapens after android 7 update, but I can't downgrade, even can't enter Recovery mode! Sorry, Asus, but I will say goodbye to you! 

It looks like this forum is absolutly useless! Same as Asus tablets. I can't update anything such as I buy some noname device!
