My autofocus hasn't been working for two months now, please help us. Tried all the proposed solutions.

Open Camera > click Settings (gear icon) > Tap the 3 dots > click Restore Default Settings. Try if it works

Tried that already, been seing this copy pasted and almost every posts, tried afae mode, reset, clear data

Hi! Same tayo ng phone at nangyari din sakib to last week ata yun. Try mo daw change ung optimization sa camera settibgs from manual to Auto.

then i think its the camera module that is defective. i have read a post regarding that on our fb support group. have it checked at a service center.

So I'll pay for repair despite it's the software update's fault? :/ the problem occured right after I upgraded to nougat

I'm really frustrated as well ugh. Same problem. To think i have to find a temporary phone just bec of  the update.

If the phone is still under warranty, you don't have to pay for the repair. Just present the receipt sa service center.

Good day.
Are your firmware version currently on the latest WW-14.2020.1709.68?
If yes. Please kindly restore camera app for a check. (settings> apps > storage> clear data and cache)

If this problem still appears,  I would suggest you bring your phone to a local service center for a check.
