【ZenFone 3 Zoom】ZenUI 4.0 update

I updated my ze335kl in 4.0 and I tried to install an app but unable to download or update apps in google playstore, downloading but download never starts, also the camera is blurry and the contacts is in auto delete after I restart my phone.

I have the same problem of user in post #7, ASUS helpdesk is not providing me any solution. They only suggest to reset the phone to factory default, but I am sure it will not solve the problem

Keep crash after update.. Gallery and camera load so slow..

Never understand why must they always tell us to factory reset after an update. If my Windows computers have to factory reset after every updates, there will be nothing on it!

Any information about ZenFone 3 Deluxe models to get ZenUI 4 system update everyone's waiting for some kind of answer 

Same as post #7 and post #12 and already many other forums topics created about this issue. No solution. Asus please update a fix for the bad audio driver.
