Troubleshooting - Abnormal display or error message pops up when activating camera

Please follow below steps for troubleshooting：

1.  Restore the setting of Camera : Camera > Tap upper-left gear icon to Setting > Restore default settings


2. Update firmware to the latest version：From Settings > About >System update> Check Update.

3. Access to Safe Mode：Long press Power Key > Tap and hold Power off > Tap OK；If your phone / tablet works well in the safe mode, malfunction might be caused by 3rd party apps. Please reboot your phone / tablet and check again if it works well.

4. Backup your data and perform factory data reset.
