if you are on windows xp it wont work untill you have wmp player version 11 installed as kooe work ...

Thanks for your reply. I already have windows 7 installed on my computer. As i have mentioned it was working fine before update. After update i got this issue. My computer sometime recognizes the device but it get disconnected automatically and show this error.

check for android usb drivers are installed or not in your pc also intel's android drivers too.basicly win7 automaticly detects drivers & installs them if connected with net.. please post you erroes screen shots so i can check what may be the problem.also look that you have activated usb debugging in tab including mtp is checked ok in it.

after which update this issue happning also did you had a factory reset recently?

This is quite terrible thing. I feel issue is not with incorrect states being shown by battery. But actually it is faulted update reduced the speed of charging. Asus tabs usually get 100% charging withing 2~3 hours. But now situation is quite bad. I hope asus should care for this.

after which update this issue happning also did you had a factory reset recently?

each time i update my K00E PhonePad with offline update file from asus official site, i get an extra 198 mb update. Before updating device with this 198 mb update everything works fine. But after updating phone with this 198mb update it start showing these all issues.  

Yes i did a factory reset, Battery calibration as well but nothing happened.

did u reactivated usb debugging after factoryreset if not that is creating problem to you.

Hello Asus Support Team,

yes this happens wid me too but try this go in apps clear all apps cache .. give a restrat .plug unplug a few times charging in beetwen when you see charging is going 1% every 2.5 mnts then it normal.
