After observing 4 hours of chrging i found this status. When i pluged the phone pad it was 25% charged. Now, It is quite horrible. I feel there is some issue in lolipop customization by ASUS. ASUS has not properly tested drviers with hardware. Charger have poor interface with device due to drivers loading issues. There is some conflicts going on inside operating system not being debguged properly. I am waiting for an update on this issue from asus. Moreover i am using my phone pad more than 1 year so definetely it is out of warranty issue.
ravinder you need to be sure on two things first ..that your charger & usb cable are ok & if you remember you have changed any of these recently then for sure that product is not compitiable.i have gone this too as once i lost my cable & buyed some from market but that was showing charging to full in 10 hours ... so a member in my facebook group on this device informed me to use geniune samsung cable if asus is not availble ,so i went for an samsung geniune cable from its store & to my surprise as i plugged in tab returned to showing normal period of 3-4 hours. so first determine this & inform that whether these 2 things are norml or not?
Amit, i am with my all original accessories. I am using the same for charging. Above screen shot is result with original accessories. Even i have many other chargers but i never charge my phonepad with them. I am sure this is all firmware fault .
when as soon as battery reaches to 100% let it charging going on untill next 20 minutes..as gets trickle charging and thats always make a charge compete and usefull..try it.
