Is the android m update for zenfone 2 ZE551ML  stable?

Dear all, The notificaton pane is not appear for me however the zip file is reachable under the root > sdcard. All steps have been performed successfully. The version of the file also checked (WW) and downloaded directly to root > sdcard. Do you have any idea why the upgrade cannot be started on my phone?

Finally the os upgraded successfully.
The previously downloaded package has been removed and downloaded it again.

Is it worth to factory reset if only have this error. Will it be fixed next time when update using system update?
Factory reset will need to backup the whole internal and install back afterwards.
