Software upgrade from Kit Kat 4.4.2 to Lollipop

Hi,

My software version is ASUS_T00J_WW_user_2.21.40.44. Help me to upgrade to Android Latest Version 5.0.

Also, I have an issue in Null IMEI & Unknown baseband. How to resolve this issue coz when SIM is inserted no network and if i search for network automatically it shows Cant search for network and Error while searching for network.

Help me to resolve these issues

Download zip file. Don't rename.
Copy in internal storage. Not in any folder. Restart your device & it shows a notification for software update. Install it . It takes about 15-30 Minutes.

You can always check for updated firmware in Release Note section and Support Page of Asus.com for your device

You can download the Android L 5.0 Available for your device, which is WW_3.24.40.87 and Manually update it.
1) Keep the file as it is in internal storage
2) Restart your device
3) You will be prompted that update is available.
4) If not, go into settings and click check update.


Note: You need to update your KitKat to 2.22.40.540. Thus Update your device first to this then followed by WW_3.24.40.87. Read instructions for .87 on the above provided Firmware Section link.

Hi Vivek thanks for the info..but I have a doubt.

In Asus website it says If the image is Kitkat, please manually update to 2.22.40.540 before update to Andriod L (V3.24.40.87). this is where the confusion for me...

Try updating, your network issue might automatically get resolved. Try, and get back if you face issue after update

I have already done this update but the issue remains the same so I have downgraded the version from Lollipop to Kitkat.
