Problems with ZenPad 10 300CNL

When I insert 128 GB 10 class memory card (listed as supported in Asus list) into the tablet, the tablet works a bit and then displays the message that the card was unexpectedly removed. It doesn't happen with smaller cards, the tablet works perfectly. The 128GB card was tested on PC and it works like a charm. I called the tech support, all they could tell me is to format the card into NTFS format, but to no avail. I can't root my version of Android. It doesn't look like it's hardware, so I hope Asus will patch this issue. Can you help me, please?
