Apologies for my ignorance but I would like to know in the Super boost protect list, should I put a tick mark or should I un-tick the applications that I want to be protected by Super boost. And when we say protected list, does that mean those are the apps that will not be stopped once I run or activate Super boost? Please advise. Thank you.

I would also like to know the answer to this question.

I will continue to search for the answer, hopefully it's been answered somewhere already, if not and someone knows it, please share the knowledge.

Thanks

I finally found this in the Mobile Manager FAQ:

Note:  Super Boost stops all of your “unprotected” apps from running in the background. Once you’ve enabled Super Boost, you won’t be able to receive the notifications from these apps. If you want to keep on using certain apps and receiving notifications from them, ensure to check them in Super Boost’s Protected app list.

It's still confusing because there's a protected apps list at the top even though they are all unchecked for me and there are checked apps which do not appear in the top list, so I'm not sure it works.

I found this in a ZenFone 3 page:
Then there’s Boost. This closes all the apps running in he background to free up available RAM. This is handy when there’s just one app you want to run flawlessly. You can also use Super Boost, which will add exceptions to the list of apps that get closed in the process, that way the most important ones will stay readily accessible and functional.
