ZenFone2 Bug Report
Model: ZE551ML
RAM: 3G
Firmware/APP Version: Camera
Frequency: NA
Rooted: No
APP Name: Camera Flash

Hi

This is post is rather a question from my end and hope for answer and solution to it.

The Camera of ZF2 has a dual TRUE TONE LED flash light which can be used while taking photos and shooting videos.
My experience with the flash has always given me yellow  pic when shot and same goes for videos

So my question here is-Why is Flash providing yellow light output? Is it a known bug or is it default light given by ASUS.

Second observation with Camera Flash is when I used it as a torch,it flashes white light. So that means the camera has the capability to flash white light.
So why is Asus providing flash as Yellow for pics?

I am putting forward this question to all who are aware of this Flash light with yellow output?

Any setting if present to reduce the flash yellow light will be helpful.

Hello!
you can change your white balance to "Incandescent" to reduce yellowish images.
It can be found in Pixelmaster settings.

I hope it helps!

I know incandescent mode and also  applying auto color to pic but thats a workaround.
What I meant by posting the pic is it should by default take pic without any yellowish impression on phone withpout any setting applied

Isn't it? Or am I mistaken in case of ZF2.
