NFC not working

Please update your firmware to the latest
And then , please help me run the SMMI test to verify if the hardware can function normally. For instructions please refer to the link below:

If the issue persist, I would suggest to send the phone to your nearest repair center for check ups

Hi, the firmware is latest. The SMMI test shows error, thst I need to Enable NFC.

Я так понимаю, что у Вас китайская версия с накатанной поверх мировой версией прошивки. Обновляться по воздуху тело не будет. Для обновления:
1. Зайдите на страницу загрузки прошивки офсайта и скачайте прошивку.
2. Закиньте на внутреннюю память тела.
3. Перезагрузите тело, он увидит прошивку и предложит обновиться.
4. Обновите прошивку.
