Forgot Pattern option not showing

Dear Asus Team , I set a new pattern lock which I forgot .  Usually after 5 wrong attempts it shows the "forgot password" button but it is not showing that button even after 35 wrong attempts .. it just shows " Try again 30 seconds "

Do you mean you forget pattern lock? If yes, i would suggest you backup and factory reset,
sorry for any inconvenience.
