Downgrade to lollipop

Hey,
Can u detaily where can I get downgrade file for lollipop from marshmallow.
Does downgrading need my phone to be rooted?
And please provide link to downgrade and steps to downgrade clearly.
I'm experiencing unknown battery problem and sound issues....Many times reported in forum but still Asus is not resolving....Shame on u Asus
Not even releasing VOLTE update
No noughat update for Zenfone 2 series
No zenui updates also
Even your competitor MIUI is very far better in providing features and frequent updates


Please tell me the detailed stepa....soon

Try to recalibrate your device and check

To recalibrate battery,charge your phone to 100% without interruption.
then discharge it normally till 0%(phone gets switched off).
charge it to 100% in switched off condition and keep it in that state for a little more time.
now switch on your phone in charged condition and unplug when ASUS logo appears.
keep the phone unused for 5 mins.
you will get far better battery life as the battery stats.bin file will be updated.

The device will take 4-5 days to get stable.

If there are any issues, please visit the service center.
