This Android 7 update bricked our zenfone 3 ultra. First, the fingerprint sensor stopped working. No big deal - we don't use it. but then the phone started running really slow. Then NOTHING. It won't turn on. Anyone got a phone number for warranty work? I can't get a response from Asus in Singapour - BLACK SCREEN ONLY + a single vibration. since the boot screen won't even load - i need help !! What's up with Asus service folk?!?
