Zenfone deluxe 3 RAM Problem

Hi! I just bought a brand new zenfone 3 deluxe 5.5''. It was supposed to have 4Gb of ram. The problem is when i open the memory tab, it says :


Total = 2.8Gb
system reserved = 0,2Gb
Free= 1.1Gb

so i guess my phone is a 3Gb finally? Or there is something i dont understand... Cause the os isnt taking like 1.5Gb?!!

Dear srs. I have more less the same problem, my deluxe is 4gb on ram but when I tested the features says 3,5 gb on ram, what is the problem? My phone have the 7.0 Android. Thanks for. Your Support.

The RAM installed in this phone is actually 4GB. 0.5GB of RAM is reserved by system as you can see from my screenshot.
