Offer a complaint yes.. but they should just give more than just a fix.... and it is because of the fact that the Moto G4 Play can update to Nougat this month despite the Max Z010D have the same chipset as the G4 Play.. They should not have excuse on updating both SD410 and the 2016 variant to Nougat.
The number what you have been viewing is basically the UID is the app ID.
Usually these numbered processes refer to apps that you uninstalled after the last full charge. Check if you have uninstalled any other apps recently.
It should disappear after your next full charge.
