Zen3 Max 5.5 ZC553KL

I cant seem to post on the specific group. My phone started having problems after i used a micro usb/otg fan. It suddenly shut down and got stuck in bootloop. Goes up to the 2nd asus logo and restarts over again. I did a factory reset but that didnt help. Still the same. Out of curiosity, it restarted after I plugged in the otg cable to another phone as though reverse charging. But now it just randomly restarts. And at times, I have to plug in the otg cable to let it start. Made a trip to the service center on my zen5 and my zen2. Now on my zen3 max too? I really like the phones, but someone gotta look into your bloatwares, glitches and stuffs like this. Please dont tell me I have to make another trip to the service center.

I was actually really thinkin of getting the zen 3 zoom but it looks like this zen 3 will be my last asus.

well, since there's no reply here, i'm just gonna keep posting bs to get my points to post into the specific thread.

if you can enter to recovery mode.
i prefer to you do flashing your phone via adb sideload or sd card.
download your full firmware in support.asus.com or asus.com and than you can flash your phone.
after flash you must do wipe cache partition

o que eu queria de verdade mesmo é uma atualização para corrigir o bug que ficou da nova atualização de ontem no meu zefone 3 max zc553kl path 14.0200.1710.336 que agora nao consigo mais receber chamadas, ou o celular reinicia quando tem alguma chamada ou da ocupado. ta loco em asus, só decepção ja chega que nem root nos temos ainda. comprei o aparelho e nem liberdade tenho nele. mas pelo amor de Deus resolva esse path bugado!!!
