System Upgrade

Dear Sir,


I am Manish choubisa from udaipur rajasthan. last 3 years i am using zenfone 6. but from last year there is latest upgrade for zenfone 5 is lolipop. i want to know that why asus not providing any latest OS updates for this model.

i thought asus consider its old valuable customer problems.


Please solve this problem.

Hi friend
In todays world design life of any smartphone is 2 years.
And Asus provided 2 major updates to our ZenFone 1 gen series
First Kitkat then Lollipop and i am quite happy with that.
I am happy user of ZenFone 5 from almost 3 years.

Sorry friend but, asus's first smartphone is zenfone 6. But now it is not providing any software support.
