How to fix my fingerprint scanner? Only portion of my finger can be scanned if I'm trying to unlock and adding new fingerprint in the settings. I tried the .12345+, my fingerprint scanner is ok, but I can't unlock my phone.
Can you try to delete the active fingerprints and restart your phone, add a new fingerprint and make sure to not just to tap the same part of your finger. If all else fails, have it checked sa nearest service center sa area nyo po.eto po yung link ng list ng service center sa inyong area: http://bit.ly/2wpXI1x
Hellow sir , im using zenfone 3 max 5.5.. Yong fingerprint sensor ko po hindi ma detect ung fprint ko, i deleted all the fprint and manage again, di tagala cya gumagana.. Pano po maayos ito? Please help me po..thankyou

Hello sir/mam. ang ginawa ko nagfactory reset ako. make sure na nag back up mo lahat ng files mo bago ka magfactory reset sana makatulong. pero bago ka magfactory reset try mo muna yung .12345+ test mo muna kung working pa or nareread niya pa yung finger print sensor kung naread niya pa at working daw dun ka magtry magfactory reset pero kung ayaw pa din after nun dalhin mo na sa nearest service center
