Data connection problem

I have not read the latest software update this sept. 17 but after i updated my phone the connection became very slow. Its agravating. Before the update, it always shows an indication of strong connection w/c is the 4G sign. Now it only shows H+ and it takes 4ever to load even just facebook or messenger. Please fix this! Its not worth it if its like this.

After this update my zenfone 3 max 5.5 signal sucks. From 4g now it only shows H+. My service provider is Globe telcom.

there's a lot of reason why we're getting low data signal connection. It could be the location, weather, network and etc. na try nyo basic troybleshooting? restart phone, toggle data, or toggle airplane mode?

Yes, I did everything, I got 4g before I update it, after that ayaw na mag 4g

how about the preferred network type? or the APN settings?

I already checked and it still the same problem. I can't connect to 4g.

Same here,same problem din ako after magupdate nung sept. 23 2017 ayaw nang mag 4G na data ko.

Anong gagawing action ng asus dito sa problem na to?buti pang di kuna inapdate yung sakin di sana nagkaproblema yung 4G connection ko.
