Data connection problem

I have not read the latest software update this sept. 17 but after i updated my phone the connection became very slow. Its agravating. Before the update, it always shows an indication of strong connection w/c is the 4G sign. Now it only shows H+ and it takes 4ever to load even just facebook or messenger. Please fix this! Its not worth it if its like this.

Yung sayo ok pa. Yung sakin after update, kapag nagclick ako ng cellular data. Ayaw.. Need ko pa on off ang sim card ko para magamit ko.

I have the same problem.. I have to turn off the sim and turn it on again first before i can connect to 3g/4g; but in doing so, i cant send msgs and this phrase appears "no preferred sim selected for sending sms messages".. I tried restarting my phone and it fixed my messaging error but again I CAN'T CONNECT TO 3G/4G!! 


SO IS THIS A SOFTWARE UPDATE BUG??


PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP.. I FIND THIS PRETTY ANNOYING!!!

After ko din iupdate yung akin,ganyan na din.dati okay naman kahit dalawang sim ang activated.4G ung data ko na lumalabas.okay ang net ko.pero nong naupdate na,kailangan deactivate muna ung isa kong sim bago ulit lalabas ung 4G sa internet.tapos kapag tatawag naman ako,paputol putol.tapos maghahung.

Temporary fix :1 ) Go to Settings2 ) Go to Dual SIM card settings3 ) Unceck SIM 1 Available4 ) Wait till it greys out5 ) Tap the check box again to turn back on the SIMTurn your data on and you should have the data connection again with 4GSide effect : you may not be able to send SMS. To fix this you may have to restart the phone. After restarting the phone, you should be able to send SMS. Mobile data will not work again after restart Hope nakatulong po. Until ASUS provides a new update, this temporary fix should help us ASUS users. 

Thats what im doing now and i just figured it out myself lng din huhuhu. Langya, ang hirap ng ganito. Hopefully may update sila nito asap. 🤧😭

Same here, the temporary fix works. Thank you. But I cant do this every time. Please oh boy ASUS please have this fixed.

Salamat sa tips para maayos yung data 4G connection ko ok na sya ngayun bumalik na sya ulit sa 4G salamat ulit Godbless..

Eto lang pla sagot.. Pero napaka hassle ng ganito.
