Depth of field issue

I have zenphone zoom s
It has been update to latest android version
The problem is when i try to capture photo in potrait mode in sunlight the camera setting it say that too mich light and because of that i cannot capture photo.

It is very obvious that in day time there is sun light.

So we cant capture potrait.

Please solve the issue

In daytime there is always good amount of lighting so this new camera setting dint allowbuser to take potrait photo in daytime thisbis very bad

Can you please provide us your firmware version for the device?

I also took the screenshot 
The phone not allowed me to take depth of field in daylight 
Firmware is android noga and zen ui4

I attach screen shot of Camera.
In daytime there is always good amount of light
but the phone always  indicate that "too much light" and because of this It cannot take depth of field effect.
It is total shit.
we always get good picture when there is good lighting and because of light in daytime the camera cannot take potrat mode photo.

They really can't make it up! A "built for photography" phone that cannot take portrait pictures in daylight!

Same issue i faced,it showing too much light.

Too muck light issue in portrait mode or depth in field,plz clear it in next update as we cant take portrait pics plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzxxzzzxxxxxzz
