3G/4G LTE mobile network is slow
Please follow below steps for troubleshooting:
1. Slow mobile network usually results from systematic problem of Telecom operators.Please check with Telecom operators.
2. Under the same circumstance, apply your SIM card to another phone/tablet to check whether it works well.
3. Access to Safe Mode (Long press Power Key>tap and hold Power Off>tap OK): If your device works well in safe mode, malfunction might be caused by 3rd party apps. Please reboot your device and check again if it works well.
4. Back up your data and perform factory data reset.
Note:Once RESET was performed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted as initialized.
3G/4G LTE mobile network has unstable and weak signal and disconnects often
Please follow below steps for troubleshooting:
1. Weak signal or disconnection might be caused by insufficient coverage of signal, please inquire with Telecom operator.
2. Try to use at the place with stronger signal
3. If the place where you use phone has weak 4G signal, try to manually fix it at 3G network: Setting>More> Cellular Network>Preferred Network type
4. Under the same circumstance, apply your SIM card to another phone/tablet to check whether it works well.
