Fingerprint sensor isn't working for a few hours, before that time it had no problem.
Restarted the phone in safe mode, it didn't work.
System is up to date.
Cannot add a new fingerprint, the sensor doesn't work. There is no vibration.

Are your firmware version currently on WW-14.2020.1708.56?
Does system ask you use the PIN code or pattern to unlock screen?
Please kindly try to use SMMI test for a check.
